Brandon Baca is the Owner and General Contractor behind AZ Home Connection.

With 25+ years of experience as a third-generation contractor, Brandon is the driving force behind our commitment to excellence. As a hands-on working contractor and skilled builder, he personally oversees each project, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. His talent has no bounds!

While our amazing team plays an integral role in our success, Brandon's presence guarantees your projects are completed with the utmost quality.

Brandon was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and brought his deep appreciation for the beauty of Southwestern architecture with him when he moved to Arizona in 2019. This unique cultural influence shines through in his work at AZ Home Connection, as he skillfully blends traditional Southwestern elements with modern design principles. Brandon's diverse expertise allows him to craft stunning homes that are not only rich in character but also contemporary and elegant. His ability to seamlessly deliver everything from the warmth and charm of the Southwest, to the clean lines and functionality of modern styles, makes each project a masterpiece of architectural innovation.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Meet Marcus Baca, our talented Project Coordinator. Marcus has grown up with construction in his veins, learning the ropes under the expert guidance of his father, Brandon Baca, the owner of AZ Home Connection. With years of experience, Marcus is driven by his aspiration to become one of the best in the industry, and eventually take the reins as the future owner of the business.

Marcus is a dedicated team leader. His commitment and enthusiasm are infectious, inspiring everyone around him to reach new heights—something Marcus knows a thing or two about, given he's the tallest on our team. He's a real asset... especially when there's no ladder handy.

Marcus is a reliable self-starter with a drive that sets a standard for our team. We're very fortunate to have him leading our crew.

CHRISTOPHER TORRES

PROJECT FOREMAN

Christopher Torres is the project foreman here at AZ Home Connection! With a remarkable career that started as an electrician, Chris has 15+ years under his belt in residential and commercial construction. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Chris moved to Casa Grande, Arizona to become an asset to our company.

Chris has an exceptional work ethic and dedication to perfection, making every project we undertake a testament to quality and craftsmanship. His expertise and leadership skills are key to delivering the outstanding results our clients have come to expect.
